Equity Vision provides a data-driven platform that analyzes and ranks stocks based on financial metrics such as growth, stability, momentum, and consistency. The service is provided for informational purposes only.
2. No Financial Advice
The content, rankings, simulations, charts, and data provided by Equity Vision do not constitute financial, investment, tax, legal, or trading advice. Users are solely responsible for their own investment decisions.
3. User Accounts
To access certain features, users may be required to create an account. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and for activities carried out through their account.
4. Subscriptions and Payments
Certain features are available through a paid subscription. Payments are processed via third-party payment providers such as Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled in due time.
5. Cancellation
Users may cancel their subscription at any time. Access remains active until the end of the current billing period, unless otherwise stated by the applicable Stripe subscription settings.
6. Availability
We strive to provide uninterrupted access to the platform but do not guarantee continuous availability, freedom from errors, or uninterrupted access at all times.
7. Liability
Equity Vision is not liable for financial losses or damages resulting from the use of the platform, except where liability is mandatory under applicable law. Mandatory liability under German law, including for intent, gross negligence, injury to life, body, or health, remains unaffected.
8. Changes to the Service
We reserve the right to modify, limit, or discontinue parts of the service at any time.
9. Governing Law
This agreement is governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, to the extent permitted by applicable consumer protection law.
