We collect personal data such as e-mail addresses when users create an account, log in, or subscribe to our service. Technical access data may also be processed by the hosting provider in server logs.
2. Purpose of Processing
Data is used to provide and improve our services, manage subscriptions, authenticate users, process billing events, and communicate with users about their account or service access.
3. Payments
Payments are processed via Stripe. We do not store full payment card details on our own servers. Further information about Stripe's data processing can be found in Stripe's own privacy documentation.
4. Analytics
If and insofar as analytics tools are used, they are intended to help us understand user behavior and improve the platform. If no analytics tools are active, no analytics data is processed beyond technically necessary server-side logs.
5. Data Sharing
We do not sell personal data. Personal data is only shared with third parties where necessary for service operation, such as hosting providers or payment providers like Stripe, or where required by law.
6. User Rights
Users have the right, subject to the legal requirements under the GDPR, to request access to their personal data, rectification, deletion, restriction of processing, data portability, and to object to certain processing.
7. Data Security
We take appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect user data. Nevertheless, complete security of data transmission on the internet cannot be guaranteed.
